With over a decade in the global market, Genial Investimentos has grown from a brokerage into a comprehensive investment platform, now serving over 1 million clients and partnering with 200+ affiliated offices. The company approached us to redesign their outdated website, which faced significant issues with scalability and organization, making it hard to expand content and navigate the site.
Genial needed a new platform that could accommodate future growth, provide a clear and logical portfolio organization, and enhance accessibility for new users. The goal was to create a user-friendly experience that would simplify finding services and products while effectively showcasing the company’s diverse offerings.
The redesign focused on optimizing the site’s structure and accessibility, emphasizing a clean, functional interface. This approach aimed to address the previous site’s technical limitations, improve overall navigation, and ensure that both existing and new visitors could easily find and explore Genial’s offerings.

In this project, we restructured Genial’s content hierarchy, implementing SEO best practices and introducing modular components to enhance scalability. We also developed tools to help users gain a better understanding of investments and choose the most suitable solutions tailored to their specific needs and situations.
Our strategy was designed to appeal to a younger audience while also resonating with a broad range of client profiles, from novices to seasoned traders, effectively highlighting the company's diverse product offerings.
The new website seamlessly combines modern aesthetics with Genial’s established brand identity, ensuring scalability and engaging a wide array of investors. Key features include a flexible, modular navigation system that accommodates new products and a user-centric approach that prioritizes clear and compelling content.
The design infuses a personal touch through its language and visuals, creating an inviting and accessible experience for all user profiles.
Strategy and Research: conducted user research, usability testing, market benchmarking, and developed tone of voice, information architecture, prototypes, and interaction/UX design strategies.
Design: focused on interface design, brand refinement, micro-interactions, and establishing a cohesive design system.
Team: led a multidisciplinary team of 10, working in close collaboration with the client's technology team to ensure smooth project execution and integration.
